What do you do when life gives you zucchini and a new cake plate??
You make a chocolate zucchini cake!
Note: this was NOT my best cake. I guess that's what you get when you frosting is a little on the runny side and you get lazy and use a ziploc bag instead of a piping bag. :) Oh well, at least it tasted good! That's what matters the most, right?
See, now I think it looks great, because I would have baked mine in a pyrex pan and then left it in there, smearing some frosting on the top. so yeah, yours looks amazing!
