Have you figured out the whole lip thing? I was never able to make any noise with the flute. I had a childhood friend who could play the instrument beautifully.
I'm still having trouble with some of the really high notes and the lower notes...but, practice makes perfect. I can play several songs already! It's so exciting. I think the best part about it is that I'm teaching myself.
