Berries 'N Cream Wonton Cups

Looking for a light, summery dessert? Look no further! These are so yummy, it's hard to stop at one...and since they have fruit and yogurt they're healthy right?!


24 square wonton wrappers
melted butter
sugar
1 (single serving size) container strawberry yogurt
1 cup whipped topping
raspberries
blueberries

Preheat oven to 350*. Brush one side of wonton wrapper with melted butter and then sprinkle with sugar. Place wrappers, sugar side up, in mini muffin pan. Bake for 6-8 minutes until edges start turning golden brown. Let cool.

Fold yogurt and whipped topping together and fill wonton cups. You can spoon it in, but I like to put the mixture in a ziploc bag, snip the corner and 'pipe' it in...much easier! Once cups are filled with cream, top with berries!
